Job Responsibilities
- Supervise team of 20-25 associates.
- Train new associates.
- Ensure adequate work available for team.
- Ensure nightly quota is met.
- Ensure production remains clean/organized and is cleaned up after shift.
- Work alongside team.
- Able to complete most production tasks with minimal errors.
- Positive and coachable.
- Understands everyone learns differently and at a different pace.
- Willingness to adapt and grow as processes change.
- Able to effectively communicate with Associates, Supervisors and Client.
- Previous entry level supervisory experience preferred.
Associate Requirements
- Stand for Shift Duration
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No Background Check Required
- No Drug Test Required
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $19.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
