Staff Management | SMX is looking to add a Team Lead on FIRST SHIFT for our client, Toyoda Gosei (TGASK) in Hopkinsville, KY. Starting pay is $21.25 / hour! The Staffing Team Lead position is a full-time opportunity responsible for managing a team of production associates, coordinating with client contacts, and assisting with recruiting/training functions as needed.

Job Responsibilities
- Accountability
- Problem Solving
- Marking attendance for all current associates
- Maintaining communication with all supervisors regarding SMX team members
- Work closely with HR and the day shift team daily to coordinate open positions and new hires
- Maintain a professional relationship with the client
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation as needed
- Minimum 6 months of leadership experience
- Minimum of 6 months of work history in Production, Office, or Customer Service fields
- Must have adequate computer skills (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Start of shift is 6 am
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.25 - $21.25 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
