Staff Management | SMX in Newark, OH, is looking for dependable Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts
A/B: 6:45 am- 7 pm:
- Starting Wages: $16-16.50hr
C/D: 6:45 pm-7 am
- Starting Wages: $17-17.50/hr

Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and pallets safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) if trained/certified
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned
Associate Requirements
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Stand for Shift Duration
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.00 - $17.50 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
