Job Responsibilities
1 year maintenance supervising department experience -Minimum Qualifications Required
Leadership & Communication
- Lead and support the maintenance team while promoting safety, professionalism, and accountability.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, work orders, and inventory are managed and documented through FMX.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and help reduce downtime.
- Maintain and improve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while supporting equipment installations and facility projects.
- Coordinate with production teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement.

- Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
- Ability to utilize personal protective equipment, which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
- Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
