Description
Join the SIMOS team! We're hiring full-time Warehouse Associates with at least 6 months of recent warehouse experience. The pay is $16.50/hr with weekly pay, benefits after 30 days, PTO, and a $50 referral bonus.
Duties include: loading/unloading shipments, moving and organizing products, sorting/scanning orders, and general warehouse labor.
Shift and Pay:
- Monday-Friday (based on daily volume)
- Applicants must have flexibility to work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Shifts may be less than 8 hours on some days or 4 days instead of 5 depending on workload

Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks manually
- Lift product, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull
- Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, effective communication skills, and teamwork
- Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
- Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
- Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
- Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
- Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
- Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.50 - $16.50 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
