Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free workspace
- Load, pack, and prepare products for delivery
- Follow safety protocols around conveyors and pick carts
- Collaborating with team members
- Crosstrain in multiple departments to expand your skill set
- Additional responsibilities may include the following: quality control, operating warehouse equipment, and/or processing returns.
- Be available for overtime when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operations documents
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push/pull carts up to 100 lbs
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency
- Zero tolerance for cell phones, smart watches, or earbuds on the floor
- No hoodies
