Job Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Direct all daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, shipping, inventory control, and housekeeping.
- Ensure efficient flow of inbound and outbound tire shipments.
- Monitor productivity and implement operational improvements.
- Balance labor resources based on workload and business demands.
- Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse supervisors and associates.
- Conduct employee training and performance evaluations.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Enforce company policies and operational standards.
- Evaluate warehouse workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Improve warehouse layout, storage utilization, inventory flow, and dock efficiency.
- Develop and maintain SOPs.
- Utilize KPIs and operational data to drive decision-making.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper product rotation and inventory control procedures.
- Promote and enforce a safe working environment.
- Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to company safety standards.
- Conduct routine warehouse inspections and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of warehouse or distribution center leadership experience.
- Experience managing high-volume distribution operations.
- Experience with WMS, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- Tire, automotive, manufacturing, or consumer goods experience preferred.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $36.00 - $43.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
