Job Responsibilities

• Blend and mix chemical formulations according to established work instructions.
• Conduct laboratory testing and evaluate physical, chemical, and performance properties of formulations.
• Document formulas and product specifications accurately.
• Record test results and formulation data in a timely and organized manner.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling requirements.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and inventory of chemicals and supplies.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
• Coordinate with external laboratories and prepare samples for shipment.
• Assist with the development and writing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications and learn new software systems as needed.

• Previous laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Comfortable handling chemicals and working in a laboratory environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
