Description
We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to join our team in Richfield, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity responsible for injection molding machine setup and start-up, robot program loading, process optimization, troubleshooting, and support of validation and continuous improvement activities.
- Pay Rate: $30.00 - 40.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Schedule: Day shift on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, working 12-hour shifts.

Job Responsibilities
- Set up molds and start production jobs on injection molding presses.
- Load and verify robot programs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production processes.
- Conduct Scientific Molding studies and support process improvements.
- Perform FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ validation activities.
- Create setup instructions for new molds.
- Follow GMP, GDP, quality, and safety requirements.
- Partner with Process Engineers and Tooling teams to improve performance.
- 5-7 years of plastics injection molding experience.
- Forklift and Lockout/Tagout certification.
- Basic hydraulic, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to program a core sequence on a tool.
- Experience with Scientific Molding, validation activities, and instrumented tooling (RJG/Kistler) preferred.
- IMM robot programming experience preferred.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule.
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED

- Able to Lift 50 pounds

- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $30.00 - $40.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
