Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our warehouse team in Oceanside, CA. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counting, receiving, invoicing, and material handling activities. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, forklift certification, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.
- Pay: $19.00 - $20.30 per hour
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
- Inspect products for damage and report issues
- Create and process invoices within the ERP system
- Compare shipping logs with physical documentation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records
- Package materials for shipment and vendor returns
- Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Forklift Certification required
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 60 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $20.50 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
