Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates
- Match talent with open positions
- Build strong relationships with clients and associates
- Manage staffing requests and scheduling
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records
- Utilize recruiting and staffing platforms, including ATS.
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and exceptional service
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- Customer service, recruiting, or sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for occasional local travel
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
