Description
We are hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators in Florence, KY. Candidates must have at least 6 months of recent stand-up forklift experience, preferably with the RC 5500 Series Stand-Up Rider Lift Truck.

Shift Details:
- 1st Shift / Morning Shift: Monday-Friday 6 am-2:30 pm, $18.00/hour; Candidates must be available to work overtime as needed to support business operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Assists in loading and unloading trucks and inspects products for loading
- Stacks and palletizes non-perishable bulk products
- Picks and stores orders
- Performs all other general labor duties assigned
- Reaches overhead, twists, turns, and squats
- The warehouse is high-traffic, and employees must work independently while staying focused.
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs solo and up to 150 lbs as a team
6 months of warehouse experience on a stand-up forklift is required
- Ability to stand for a full shift

- Keeping the work area clean and organized
- Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
- Ability to coordinate the maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
- Ability to utilize personal protective equipment
- Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
