Schedule
- Monday - Thursday 6 am-3:30 pm; Friday 6 am-Noon
- Overtime could be required as needed.

Job Responsibilities
- Unload inbound trailers manually and via conveyor belts
- Load, stack, shrink-wrap, and palletize products efficiently
- Perform inbound warehouse functions in a fast-paced environment
- Use proper lifting techniques to handle boxes weighing up to 60 lbs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and safety goals
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Ability to accurately read, identify, and match numbers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to safely perform required lifting as part of the job's essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic knowledge of Tie High systems/processes preferred.
- Prior Tie High experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain quality standards.
- General math skills.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
- Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
- Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
- Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
- Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

Note: The drug screening location is not at the job site; the job is located off E. McGregor Rd., Indianapolis, IN.

We could have openings for Forklift Operators. Please note any experience you may have for the recruiter to add to your profile. This role will require a minimum of 1 year of experience operating a Stand Up Raymond Swing Reach 537 or Raymond Swing Reach 9600. Additional wages for this role will be discussed as opportunities arise.
