Job Responsibilities
- Perform and document predictive and preventative maintenance on packaging line machines and ancillary equipment according to a set schedule.
- Support problem solving, resolution of machine issues and reliability improvements
- Maintain machine standards of operation in accordance with baseline hardware and software installation / measurements / equipment standard setup manual.
- Execute corrective, predictive and preventative maintenance procedures to ensure a high level of machine utilization (OEE) and low scrap level
- Assist with continuous improvement of equipment / process safety, and reliability program
- Perform rebuilds and verification testing of worn spare parts and equipment.
- Assist in the spare parts cycle count and the inventory organization as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Maintenance shop
- Ensure the health and safety of personnel and care of the property, equipment, and product under their control.
- Assist with Technician II duties when required.
- Partner with other technicians on shift and cross shifts to continually complete objectives
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
- Technical School certificate or equivalent experience
- Must be flexible to work all shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to continuously learn and apply new methods and techniques
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret blueprints, schematics and equipment documentation.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and walk/stand for long periods
- Proven punctuality and attendance record

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $23.46 - $31.38 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
