Staff Management is hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Supervisor for our client in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

Job Responsibilities

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ten years of industrial multi-craft floor maintenance experience
  • Multicraft Electrical / Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with various types of machine and facility repairs
  • Ability to provide process training for maintenance team members and production team leaders when needed
  • Candidate must have demonstrated strong leadership skills in work history

  • Make daily assignments and distribute them to maintenance members; manage production floor machine breakdown job assignments.
  • Assist with data tracking of daily downtime and shift communication
  • Daily communication with the General Manager, Manager, and Engineering when necessary
  • Identify machine breakdown trends and implement countermeasure plans to prevent recurrences where possible
  • Assist with preventative maintenance planning
  • Help organize effective measures to obtain critical spare part inventory and help simplify tool crib parts identification.
  • J D Edwards data entry
  • Handle daily personnel issues and disciplinary actions
  • Conduct all daily operations in a consistent and fair manner
  • Emphasize the importance of teamwork, 5S, and promote a safe teamwork environment
  • Work with contractors when required and follow up on their job completion


Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $36.00 - $45.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
