Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Support Facilities 5S initiatives working with the 5S Champion to plan, implement, and maintain 5S standards
- Continue with current painting projects as directed
- Basic Minor Repairs: Patch drywall, assist with repairing broken racks or fixtures, etc.
- Organizing, sorting, labeling various items
- General Upkeep: Assist with new painting projects, cleaning, and occasional other internal/exterior tasks
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort using basic hand and power tools with a willingness to learn
- Maintain focus and possess a stay busy/can-do attitude
- Physical Stamina: Ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods of time
- Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to workplace safety rules and proper personal protective equipment usage
- Communication: Proactive forward thinking communication approach is a plus
Associate Requirements
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 20 pounds
- Drug Test
- Stand for Shift Duration
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.53 - $19.38 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
