The Quality Associate helps ensure products meet company quality standards by inspecting parts, identifying defects, and documenting results throughout the manufacturing process. This role works closely with production teams to maintain quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Identify and report defects or non-conforming materials
- Use measuring tools and inspection equipment
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
- Follow quality procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions
- Work with production teams to resolve quality concerns
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area

Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Stand for Shift Duration
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.55 - $19.55 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
