Description

Staff Management is looking for motivated and detail-oriented employees to start as Assembly/Warehouse Associates with us for our full-time assembly positions. The pay for 1st shift is $16.12/hour, 2nd shift pay is $16.64/hour and 3rd shift pay is $17.16/hour with an opportunity to earn an additional $0.50/hour for good attendance weekly (per eligibility requirements). Job Responsibilities

The Assembly position involves producing automotive glass products at our client's facility. We apply components to automotive glass for customer installation.

You would be responsible for:

  • Maintaining quality, safety, and proper process.
  • Going above and beyond personal performance expectations by performing your assigned task efficiently and effectively.
  • Performing detailed-oriented tasks in our face-paced environment.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to lift at least 40 lbs.
  • Stand for Shift Duration
  • Pass Background Check
