Looking for a new opportunity as a Warehouse Loading/Unloading Associate? The SIMOS team is hiring for full-time, long-term warehouse/distribution lumper positions. In this role, you must have 1 year of lumping experience. As a SIMOS associate, you will receive health/dental benefits within the first 30 days, paid time off and weekly paychecks!

SHIFTS:

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm ($17.35 per hour)
  • Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00am-6:30pm ($19.28 per hour)

**As a Warehouse Loading/Unloading Associate, you will be responsible for lumping, which involves loading and unloading heavy bulk items up to 70 lbs.**

Must have up to 1 year of loading and unloading (lumping) experience to be considered for the position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lumping (loading and unloading heavy bulk items up to 70 lbs.)
  • Load and unload trucks manually
  • Lift product, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull
  • Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, effective communication skills, and teamwork
  • Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance

  • Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
  • Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
  • Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
  • Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
  • Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.35 - $19.28 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
