Looking for a new opportunity? SIMOS has immediate openings for Warehouse Associates in Buckeye, AZ! At SIMOS, associates are paid weekly on Fridays and have a career path with great advancement opportunities! This role requires you to be able to load and unload trailers and manually lift, stack, and wrap pallets.
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM ($16.00/hour)
Associates must have at least 6 months of Warehouse experience to be considered for this role
Associates will be working in NON-CLIMATE CONTROLED BUILDINGS

Job Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and conveyor belt manually
- Lift products, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds
- Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout the duration of your shift
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Ability to work while being exposed to cold temperatures in the winter and hot temperatures in the summer
- Ability to lift parts weighing up to 75 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
- Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
- Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
- Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.00 - $16.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
