Description
The Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while providing clear communication between English- and Spanish-speaking associates. This role works alongside the team, helps maintain productivity and quality standards, and supports a safe and positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Work alongside associates to complete daily warehouse tasks.
- Provide instructions and translate work and safety information in English and Spanish.
- Assign tasks and help organize daily workflow.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, quality, and safety expectations.
- Train and support new associates.
- Answer employee questions and communicate concerns to management.
- Assist with resolving minor workplace or performance issues.
- Ensure associates follow company policies and procedures.
- Provide daily updates to supervisors and management.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
- Leadership, training, or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
- Flexible availability, including overtime and weekends as needed.
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED

- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $18.50 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
