Description
We are immediately hiring for 1st Shift Warehouse Team Leads. Candidates must have at least 1 year of warehouse and leadership experience, along with strong forklift experience in loading/unloading import and export freight. Experience weighing and properly loading trailers for safe road and ship transit is required. This position requires someone with a solid understanding of warehouse logistics and forklift operations.
This role will be responsible for managing a team of 25 associates. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong computer skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Shift Information:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM ($20.50/hour)
Candidates must be flexible, as shift start and end times may vary. Overtime and Saturday work may be required.

Job Responsibilities
- 1+ years of warehouse and leadership experience required
- Experience with loading/unloading, import/export operations, and logistics flow preferred
- Experience leading, training, and coaching warehouse associates
- Ability to monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members
- Experience in a fast-paced production or distribution environment preferred
- Ability to perform general labor duties as needed, including lifting, loading, and unloading materials
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
- The warehouse is a high-traffic area and employees must be able to work independently while remaining focused
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs solo and up to 150 as a team
- Abides by company safety rules Performs and all other general labor duties assigned
- Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
- Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
