We're looking for General Warehouse & Non-Forklift Material Handling Associates to support our client's operations in Avon, IN. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring products reach customers efficiently, accurately, and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that thrives on solving real-world logistics challenges while maintaining a fun, fast-paced work environment.
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st Shift A Crew: Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with every 2nd Wednesday off
- 1st Shift B Crew: Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with every 2nd Wednesday off
- Average 70 hours every two weeks, with an opportunity to pick up one additional shift for 80 hours total!
- Base Pay: $17.50
- Overtime required as needed

Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free workspace
- Load, pack, and prepare products for delivery
- Follow safety protocols around conveyors and pick carts
- Collaborating with team members
- Crosstrain in multiple departments to expand your skill set
- The above but could include the following - quality control, operating warehouse equipment and/or processing returns.
- Be available for overtime when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operations documents
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push/pull carts up to 100 lbs
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency
