Join our amazing Simos Solutions onsite team as a Warehouse Fulfillment Team Lead at a brand-new Warehouse Fulfillment Center in Avon, IN! We're on the lookout for energetic, motivated leaders ready to step into a role that's rewarding and part of a dynamic and engaging team. This is your chance to grow with a company that values your drive and recognizes your talent. This is a Full-Time opportunity available for the following shift(s):  

Two schedules available!

  • 2nd Shift C Crew: Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM, with every 2nd Wednesday off
  • 2nd Shift D Crew: Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM, with every 2nd Wednesday off
  • Average 70 hours every two weeks, with an opportunity to pick up one additional shift for 80 hours total!
  • Overtime needed as required

Job Responsibilities

The Warehouse Fulfillment Team Lead oversees a team of warehouse associates to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
  • Assign tasks and monitor team performance to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Train and mentor new team members on warehouse procedures and safety standards.
  • Ensure inventory is properly stored, tracked, and rotated.
  • Conduct regular equipment and safety checks; report issues to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, leads and management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Prepare reports on team performance, inventory levels, and fulfillment metrics as requested.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Equipment operation experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.50 - $21.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
