Job Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments
- Inspect products for damage, labeling errors, and packaging compliance
- Audit pick, pack, and shipping processes for accuracy
- Document and report discrepancies, non-conformances, and quality issues
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inspection and audit records
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve issues in real time
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training
- Support other warehouse functions as directed
- Work overtime as required by management
- 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or quality assurance roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret packing slips, labels, and quality standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina: lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to cross-train and support other areas of the operation
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
