Job Responsibilities
- Stacking & Organizing: Arrange boxes, cases, bags, or product layers onto wooden or plastic pallets in a stable, uniform pattern.
- Quality & Weight Inspection: Check product labels, batch or code dates, packaging integrity, and case weights before finalizing a load
- Wrapping & Transport: Secure finished pallets with plastic stretch-wrap and move by coordinating with a walkie operator.
- Safety & Sanitation: Follow OSHA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and keep the workspace clean.
- General Help: Work with Production operators and assist them.
- Ability to lift up to 40 Pounds.
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Stand for a full shift.
- On-the-job training.

Associate Requirements

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.95 - $18.50 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
