The Quality Coordinator supports the daily effectiveness of the Quality Department by compiling action items, assigning priority based on Site Leader direction, managing quality-related communications, and ensuring timely completion of priorities. This role serves as the central point of organization and follow-through for the Quality team, without direct supervisory responsibility. Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage a centralized list of Quality Department action items
  • Assign tasks to quality technicians based on priorities and direction provided by the Site Leader
  • Track progress of assigned tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Communicate daily with the Site Leader to align on priorities, updates, and emerging needs
  • Communicate daily with quality technicians to review priorities and task status
  • Facilitate weekly status updates with the Quality team and Site Leader
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Quality Department emails
  • Capture action items from meetings and convert them into clearly defined tasks
  • Complete one off ad-hoc tasks assigned through meetings or email
  • Escalate delays, risks, or conflicts to the Site Leader as needed
  • Support consistent organization, communication, and accountability within the Quality Department
  • Authorized to assign and coordinate tasks for quality technicians

  • Competency with computers and basic software (email, spreadsheets, documents, task tracking tools)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset to track actions, identify gaps, and ensure follow through
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
  • Ability to drive accountability without direct authority
  • On the job training provided
  • Prior administrative, coordination, or operational experience preferred but not required

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $33.00 - $33.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
