Job Responsibilities
- Operating a stand-up reach forklift to move materials.
- Loading and unloading trucks, rail cars, and cargo ships.
- Stacking and organizing materials in designated storage areas.
- Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks on the forklift.
- Using RF scanning equipment to track inventory.
- Assisting with order picking and packing.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Working with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in operating a stand-up forklift.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to forklift operation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs in some cases).
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to schedules.
- Experience with RF scanning equipment is sometimes required.
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $17.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
