Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM. (Must be flexible to start at 2:00 AM two days a week)

Job Responsibilities

  • Streamline daily operations by managing vendor invoices and purchase order transactions using various software platforms.
  • Provide essential relief and backup support for dispatch.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact by maintaining an active presence to warmly greet and assist visitors.
  • Consult directly with vendors to coordinate specific requirements, answer technical questions, and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of ERP systems, with specific experience in SAP highly preferred.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel to support daily administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Previous experience in airline or food manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong basic math, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment and adapt effectively to change.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet strict timelines and take a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Must thrive in a team-centric environment and maintain flexibility during periods of organizational change.

Associate Requirements

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
