This position will supervise and coordinate all activities related to maintaining and operating equipment. Associates should have strong leadership and decision-making capacities and ideally 2 years of manufacturing experience. $80 Attendance Bonus weekly for perfect attendance (bonus is per eligibility requirements). Job Responsibilities
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to perform equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts
- Strong leadership and decision-making processes
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience:
- 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
