We're looking for dynamic Customer Service Representatives to join the team in West Jefferson, OH! This is a first shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with great benefits.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM, 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Job Responsibilities
- Responding to inquiries promptly and courteously
- Process customer orders accurately
- Handle complaints in an effective manner
- Work closely with customers and on-site management to address inquiries
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or logistics preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing processes
- High School Diploma; Bachelors preferred

- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $19.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
