We are seeking driven and experienced Service Technicians to join our team. Service Technicians play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while servicing, repairing, and installing commercial doors, gates, and dock equipment.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.

  • Pay: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
  • Typical Work Week: 40 hours
  • Additional Availability: Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required based on customer needs and project demands.

Job Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair commercial doors, gates, and dock equipment
  • Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs
  • Complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections
  • Read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair recommendations
  • Complete service reports and maintain parts and tool inventory
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

  • 2+ years of commercial door, gate, or dock equipment service experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and lift equipment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday
  • Must have (or be able to obtain within a few weeks) a Real ID or Valid Passport for accessing government facilities

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 75 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $28.00 - $37.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
