Description

We are seeking reliable and motivated Utility Operators to support our manufacturing operations. These positions assist with extrusion line setup and teardown, maintenance activities, and other production-related tasks. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime and weekend work required based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with tearing down and setting up extrusion lines.
  • Support maintenance and production teams with daily operational needs.
  • Safely operate hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Identify tooling wear, part defects, and equipment malfunctions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and proper PPE usage.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and measuring equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
  • Ability to work extended shifts when required.
  • Basic mechanical repair knowledge required.
  • Strong mechanical background preferred.
  • Ability to operate a variety of hand tools.
  • Mechanical skills required.
  • Previous extrusion or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 30 pounds

  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.49 - $18.49 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
