Description
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our team in a full-time, direct-hire, day role within a dynamic food production environment. This position is responsible for leading and optimizing daily plant operations, ensuring food safety compliance, and driving efficiency while building and developing high-performing teams. This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $135,000, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and maintenance
- Lead and develop team members while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory requirements (SQF or equivalent)
- Support the commercialization and successful launch of new food products
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA, and supply chain teams
- Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives

- 7+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing operations
- 3+ years in a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, or similar leadership role
- Experience implementing and maintaining SQF or equivalent food safety systems
- Proven experience supporting the commercialization of new food products
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational performance

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $57.69 - $64.90 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
