We're looking for a detail-oriented Regulatory Specialist to join our North American Regulatory team. This position is fully remote, and supports a variety of regulatory compliance, technical documentation, and administrative functions that are essential to bringing products to market and maintaining compliance with global regulations.
Some of the responsibilities combine product artwork review, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) development, SAP data management, and regulatory documentation support. To be successful in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Review and validate product artwork for batteries, flashlights, chargers, and related products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Compare artwork against multiple regulatory guidance documents and specifications, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Develop and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) using Chemdox SDS software
- Process and support SAP Master Data Governance (SAP-MDG) requests for new product setup and updates
- Enter and maintain regulatory information within SAP to support SKU creation and product lifecycle management
- Assist with UL WercsSmart submissions and other product regulatory documentation
- Support day-to-day regulatory, technical, and administrative activities to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain organized regulatory records and documentation while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support new product introductions and resolve regulatory questions
- Perform other regulatory and administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, product stewardship, quality, technical documentation, or a related field preferred
- Experience with Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Chemdox, SAP, SAP-MDG, or UL WercsSmart is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- 100% Remote/Work From Home!
- Monday-Friday; 1st shift hours

- $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
