Description

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. In this position, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product and order information while building strong customer relationships. You will also identify upselling opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.

Full-time schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, products, pricing, availability, and shipping
  • Provide accurate product information, specifications, and recommendations
  • Process and coordinate Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs)
  • Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide updates on order status, deliveries, and related requests
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to support decision-making and process improvements
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and support sales efforts
  • Knowledge and skills acquired through formal training or relevant work experience
  • Strong commitment to professionalism and service standards
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks efficiently

  • Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle routine issues independently
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively exchanging information with customers and team members

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 30 pounds

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $22.60 - $28.20 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
