Now hiring Outside Grounds / Sanitation Associates for a food production facility! In this role, you'll clean and sanitize outside work areas to keep operations safe and running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, hands-on job ideal for reliable candidates who are ready to work. We have first shift 40 hour work weeks available:

Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining exterior facility areas.
- Cleaning dumpsters, loading docks, break areas, waste receptacles, silos, and surrounding grounds.
- Following all food safety, GMP, BRC, AIB, and regulatory requirements.
- Working safely and independently with minimal supervision.
- Performing outdoor cleaning, restocking supplies, painting, yard work, and other assigned tasks.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment and machinery
- Remove grease, oil, and residue from surfaces
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and work areas
- Use cleaning tools, including mops, brooms, vacuums, and floor scrubbers
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Perform other janitorial duties as assigned
Associate Requirements
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 30 pounds
- Drug Test
- Stand for Shift Duration
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $13.25 - $14.75 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
