Looking for a new opportunity as a Warehouse Loading/Unloading Associate? The SIMOS team is currently hiring for full-time, long-term warehouse/distribution lumper positions. As a SIMOS associate, you will receive health/dental benefits within the first 30 days, paid time off, and weekly paychecks!
Warehouse Loading/Unloading Associate, you will be responsible for lumping, which involves loading and unloading heavy bulk items up to 100 lbs.**
Must have up to 1 year of loading and unloading (lumping) experience to be considered for the position
Shift Information:
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays) $15.50/HR

Job Responsibilities
- This position requires reaching overhead, twisting, turning, and squatting.
- Operate a LRT/RF gun as needed.
- Operate equipment safely and to exception, as needed.
- Employee must always maintain a work-area and environment that is free of plastic, paper, corrugate, damaged materials, and other debris, to help maintain a safe working environment.
- Stack and palletize non-perishable bulk products
- Push and pull carts up to 100lbs solo
- The warehouse is a high-traffic area and employees must be able to work independently while remaining focus
- Must be able to lift 70lbs solo and up to 150 as a team
- Zero tolerance for cellphones on the floor
- Non-climate control building
- Inspect and pack merchandise using packaging materials to complete customer orders
- Load and unloads trucks
- lifting or maneuvering 70-150 pounds
- Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
- Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
- Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
- Ability to utilize personal protective equipment, which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
- Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
