We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Load Planner to join our warehouse team. The Load Planner will be responsible for organizing, planning, and tracking warehouse loads while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. must have 6 months-1 year of warehouse experience, Rf scanner experience, attention to detail, Basic computer knowledge be able to work in a Fast paced environment, multitask and have basic math knowledge
Load Planner $15.50/hour
Shift Information:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays)
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays)
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays)
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays)
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays)
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-12:30am (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays)

Job Responsibilities
- This position requires reaching overhead, twisting, turning, and squatting.
- Operate a LRT/RF gun as needed.
- Operate equipment safely and to exception, as needed.
- Employee must always maintain a work-area and environment that is free of plastic, paper, corrugate, damaged materials, and other debris, to help maintain a safe working environment.
- Lift up to 50lbs-70lbs solo
- The warehouse is a high-traffic area and employees must be able to work independently while remaining focus
- Zero tolerance for cellphones on the floor
- Non-climate control building
- Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
- Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
- Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
- Ability to utilize personal protective equipment, which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
- Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
- Utilize RF scanners to track, verify, and manage inventory and shipments.
- Plan and coordinate loads to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry using basic computer systems.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Perform basic math calculations to verify counts and load specifications.
- Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
