- Pay: $23.75/hr. Associates are eligible for pay raises after 6 months (per eligibility requirements).
- Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:59 PM-12:30 AM (with overtime available, up to 4:00AM)

Job Responsibilities
- Must meet 4 of 5 criteria within first 30 days - Safety, Quality, Performance, Attendance, and Engagement (Team Partnership)
- Sorting car parts with RF scanner, placing parts in correct cage, bumper box, and skids
- Lifting up to 70 pounds
- Standing 8-10 hours
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Steel toes required
- Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
- Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
- Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
- Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED

- Able to Lift 75 pounds

- Stand for Shift Duration
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $23.75 - $23.75 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
