Description
SIMOS is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for a large distribution center in Burlington, NJ! This position is responsible for coordinating associate activities in the production process and will monitor associates' performance. The ideal candidate will be committed to coaching team members and improving the worksite's training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance. The Warehouse Team Lead assists the Supervisor with setting up daily/weekly work assignments for staff. A minimum of 1 year of warehouse systems or operations knowledge is required and will work in a non-climate-controlled building.
Shift Information:
- Weekend Shift: Saturday-Monday, 4:00 AM-4:00 PM ($21.00/hour)
- Must be flexible in your schedule, as shift start and stop times could vary. You may be asked to work overtime and on Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities
- A minimum of 1 year of warehouse systems or operations knowledge is required
- Assist shift supervisor in day-to-day operations as needed
- Communicate effectively with supervisor and client operations
- Train new hires in all available departments
- Monitor performance & safety for every associate
- Effectively engage with team members to help cultivate
- Assist supervisor and operations in ongoing tasks to service the client on-site.
- Moderate work with computers and integrated operating systems
- Limited OT opportunities will be available
- Non-climate controlled building- Must be able to work in non-temperature climate environments in a warehouse setting
