Description
Simos is looking for a qualified lead to assist with leading a team of 50 associates. This position requires maturity, strong leadership skills, ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written, and have ability to motivate others. Lead will require overtime as needed and some Saturdays required. Work hands on, must be able to stand/ walk for long periods of time. May lift up to 50 pounds.
This is a first shift position with hours in the range of 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday. Weekly paycheck. This is new climate-controlled facility. This is a great opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and make a difference in the workday of others you lead.

Job Responsibilities
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be able to lead by example
- Strong communication
- Must have one year of warehouse lead experience
- Requires physical movement to various location inside the warehouse
- Able to use RF scanner
- Requires some computer skills (daily reporting)
- Bilingual preferred
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Stand for Shift Duration
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
