Description
We are immediately hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Production Lead. Must have 1 year of Warehouse Team Lead experience. This position requires maturity, strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and have ability to motivate others. In this role you will be a working lead must be able to be hands-on with the team, able to stand/ walk for long periods. Must have experience in a production warehouse environment, coaching and training on unloading inbound containers. May lift up to 50 pounds throughout your work shift. This is a non-climate-controlled facility. This is a great opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and make a difference in the workday of others you lead.
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm with overtime required, including Saturdays

Job Responsibilities

Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Stand for Shift Duration
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.50 - $18.50 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
