Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team! This opportunity is located in a clean, well-maintained, climate-controlled warehouse facility in Litchfield Park, Arizona.
The Warehouse Housekeeper Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse. Duties include general cleaning, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, trash removal, and ensuring all assigned areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role.
Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or warehouse cleaning experience is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure knowledge and success in meeting expectations.
Shift Information:
Tuesday - Saturday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Must be available to work overtime with 24-48 hours notice.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, including floors, work areas, breakrooms, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize high-traffic and high-touch areas regularly
- Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Clean and restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to leadership
- Support overall warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies properly and safely
- Assist with additional cleaning tasks as needed based on operational needs
- Maintain a consistent pace while meeting quality and cleanliness standards
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or warehouse cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 25¿50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may include varying temperatures and noise levels)
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
