Description

We are immediately hiring for 1st Bilingual Shift Leads. This position requires maturity, strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and have ability to motivate others. In this role you will be a working lead must be able to be hands-on with the team, able to stand/ walk for long periods. May lift to 50 pounds throughout your work shift. This is a non-climate-controlled facility. This is a great opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and make a difference in the workday of others you lead.

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm with overtime required, including Saturdays

Job Responsibilities

  • Bilingual preferred
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must be able to lead by example
  • Strong communication
  • Must have one year of warehouse lead experience
  • Requires physical movement to various location inside the warehouse
  • Able to use RF scanner
  • Requires some computer skills (daily reporting)
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Overtime is required

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 50 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Stand for Shift Duration
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
